Terms of Use

BTC Plan ("we") is software that lets 1-on-1 coaches sell sessions for bitcoin and lets their clients book them. By creating an account or using btc-plan.me you agree to these terms. Questions: btcplanhq@proton.me.

1. Who does what

Coaches run their own business. They set their prices, packages, hours and location, and they deliver the sessions.
Clients buy sessions and book them with the coach they choose.
BTC Plan only provides the software. We are not a party to the agreement between a coach and a client, and we don't employ, check or recommend coaches.

2. Your money, your responsibility

BTC Plan works only with bitcoin, so that we never have anyone's money in our hands. Clients pay on-chain, straight to the coach's own wallet. That means:

BTC Plan never receives, holds, controls or moves your money. We can't spend, freeze, reverse or recover it.
You alone are responsible for your bitcoin: your wallet, your seed words and private keys, the addresses and amounts you send, and the network fees.
Coaches are responsible for connecting their own correct wallet (public key only) and for checking that payments arrive.
Lost keys, a wrong address, price changes, network delays or a hacked device are risks you carry yourself. We can't undo or make up for them.
Because we never hold your money, BTC Plan is not responsible and can't be held liable for any loss of bitcoin or money, to the fullest extent the law allows.

When you sign up, you confirm by ticking the box that you understand and accept this. Never share seed words or private keys with anyone, including us.

3. Payments are final

Bitcoin payments can't be reversed. There are no chargebacks.
Credits are added after 1 confirmation on the bitcoin network.
Prices are shown in the coach's currency and paid in bitcoin at the rate shown when you pay. Network fees are paid by the sender.
Refunds, if any, are between the client and the coach. BTC Plan can't make or force them.

4. Credits and bookings

One credit = one session with that coach. Credits are not money and can't be cashed out or moved to another coach.
Credits don't expire.
A client can cancel up to 24 hours before a session and gets the credit back. After that, or after a no-show, the credit is used. The coach may choose to give it back.
If the coach cancels, the client always gets the credit back.
Coaches can offer fixed weekly spots. A fixed spot must be confirmed before the coach's deadline, or that week opens up for others.

5. Fees for coaches

Signing up is free. Coaches pay a fee on what their clients buy: 3% to start, lowered by 0.5% for every coach they bring who pays a first bill, down to 1%. The current fee is always shown on the coach's dashboard.
Fees are billed once a month, in bitcoin. Amounts under $5 move to the next month.
If a bill is not paid within 7 days, new purchases on that coach's page are paused until it's paid. Clients can still book with credits they already have.
We may lower fees at any time. We will never raise a coach's fee.

6. Your account

You must be 18 or older and give a real email address.
Keep your password safe. Coaches should turn on two-factor login.
You can change your details or delete your account yourself at any time.

7. Fair use

Don't use BTC Plan for anything illegal, for fraud, to mislead clients, or to harm the service or other people. We may hide a page or close an account that breaks these terms.

8. No guarantees, no liability

BTC Plan is provided "as is", without any guarantee. To the fullest extent the law allows, BTC Plan is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including lost bitcoin or money, sessions that didn't happen, what coaches or clients do, the value of bitcoin, mistakes in wallet keys or addresses, outages, or problems with the bitcoin network. Where liability can't be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the fees a coach paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll show it on the site or email you before it applies.
