Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible and never sell your data. Questions or requests: btcplanhq@proton.me.

What we store

Everyone: name, email, and your password as a secure hash (we can't read it).
Coaches: what you fill in for your page (bio, city, photo, logo, location, contact details), your packages, hours and settings, and your wallet's public key. If you turn on two-factor login, its secret code.
Clients: the coaches you train with and your goal if you gave one.
Activity: purchases, credits, bookings, fixed spots, fee bills and the emails we send you.
Security: your IP address after failed logins and sign-ups, to stop abuse. We delete these after 24 hours.

A coach's public page (name, photo, offer, packages, location) is visible to anyone with the link.
A coach's contact details are shown only to that coach's clients.
A coach sees their clients' name, email, bookings and credit history. A client sees the same credit history.
We see what we need to run and support the service.

Payments: our own BTCPay Server creates the bitcoin payment requests. Bitcoin transactions are public on the bitcoin blockchain by nature.
Email: an email provider delivers our emails (booking confirmations, reminders, password resets).
Hosting: our servers run with a hosting company. We don't share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

Change your details any time in your account and profile.
Delete your account any time at Account. Your profile and login are removed. Purchase and credit records stay, because they are also part of the other person's history and our bookkeeping.

If we change how we handle data in a way that matters, we'll tell you on the site or by email.
